This document describes how COLMINK works in relation to your data and your use of the service.
COLMINK is used by real shops selling to real neighbours. These rules exist so that a customer opening any COLMINK store finds something honest and lawful, and so that merchants know exactly where the line is.
You may not offer anything whose sale is prohibited or restricted where you or your customers are, including drugs and controlled substances, weapons and ammunition, stolen goods, protected wildlife, human tissue, or products requiring a licence you do not hold. Where a product is legal but regulated — alcohol, tobacco, medicines, supplements, financial or medical services — meeting the applicable rules is your responsibility.
Do not offer counterfeit goods or use trademarks, brand names, photographs, text or designs that are not yours to use. If a rights holder tells us a listing infringes their rights, we may hide it while the matter is examined.
Describe what you actually sell, at the price you actually charge. No invented discounts, no fake urgency, no health or income claims you cannot support, and no listing designed to take a payment for something you will not deliver.
Sexual content involving minors, content that sexualises minors in any way, material that incites violence or hatred against people for who they are, harassment, threats, and content that exposes another person's private information without their consent. Reports in this category are treated with the highest priority and may be referred to the authorities.
Do not write, buy, trade or solicit false reviews, and do not use review invitations to pressure a customer. Reviews on COLMINK come from customers you invited after an order; treating that channel honestly is a condition of using it.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain access you were not given, and do not use COLMINK to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Depending on what we find, we may hide a product, suspend a store, or end an account. We tell the merchant what was affected and on what ground, we keep a record of the decision, and the merchant may appeal it. A number of complaints is never by itself a finding: a decision is always made by a person.
COLMINK may review, investigate, restrict, hide or remove content that breaks these rules or the law, to keep people safe, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect the platform and its users. Anyone may report content, without an account; reports are reviewed by a person, the affected merchant is told the decision and its ground and may appeal, and the identity of the reporter is never disclosed to the merchant. A report is never a verdict: only a reviewed decision changes what is published.
